Enlarged view: APS Fellow

It is a prestigious recognition of her outstanding contributions to physics and is, in particular, “for important contributions to the study of mesoscopic magnetic systems, with the   observation of monopole-like excitations, thermally active behavior, and phase transitions in arrays of coupled frustrated magnets; and the control of magnetism at the nanoscale in hybrid systems.”
