Aleksandra Pac

Aleksandra Pac obtained her Master’s degree in Physics at the University of Exeter, UK in 2019. During her Master’s project she looked at the electromagnetic interactions of a chain of densely coupled split ring resonators as part of the Photmat team, under the supervisor of Prof. Bill Barnes. She joined the Laboratory for Mesoscopic Systems in August 2019.

Current Research Interests

Aleksandra is interested in implementation of nanomagnetic structures like artificial spin ice and nanomagnetic logic for novel use in neuromorphic computing. She is also interested in applying machine learning schemes as a way of controlling such systems.
